Non-refundable upfront payments
Where an upfront payment is required to secure an off-hand or pre-order item, that amount is non-refundable once the order has been placed and accepted, except where wardrobe4less is unable to source or fulfill the order.
Delivery and collection fees
Standard delivery fees, exchange shipment fees, and any additional cash-collection visit fees are non-refundable once the related service has been arranged or completed.
