What the price colors mean
The color of the price on each product card tells you the status of the item at a glance.
This product has a discounted price. The strikethrough number is the original price and the red number is what you pay.
This is a bundle of products sold together at a lower combined price. The strikethrough number is the total if you bought each item individually.
This product is sold at its regular price with no current discount.
All variants of this product are currently unavailable. The entire card is dimmed to make this clear.
How we show stock levels
When you are choosing a color or size on a product page, these indicators help you see availability instantly.
Click a color swatch to select it. The selected swatch gets a dark border to confirm your choice. If the color is out of stock, the swatch appears faded and cannot be selected.
This size is running low for the selected color — 5 or fewer left. The text turns red to alert you.
This color is completely out of stock. It appears faded and cannot be selected.
The size you have selected is highlighted with a thick dark border to confirm your choice.
This size is out of stock for the selected color. It appears faded and cannot be selected.
A text warning appears below the Add to cart button when your selected variant has 5 or fewer units remaining.
How pricing is displayed
We make it easy to see what you are paying and what you are saving.
The grey crossed-out number is the original price. The bold number below is what you actually pay.
Shown in red on the product detail page, telling you exactly how much you save with the current price.
On bundle cards, the struck-through number is the total if you bought each item individually. The bold number is the bundle price.
What pre-order means
Some items are available before they arrive in our warehouse. This section explains the shopping flow, delivery timing, and payment path in practical terms.
Pre-order and off-hand items are not ready for immediate delivery but can be reserved. They may require an upfront payment before approval, and the payment page shows exactly what is due now and what remains for delivery.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order ships together when the pre-order item is ready. Need in-stock items sooner? Place a separate order.
An info box appears in your cart, checkout, payment, and confirmation flow when your order includes pre-order items. It reminds you that express delivery is unavailable and the delivery timing is different.
Express delivery is not available when your cart contains pre-order or off-hand items. Only standard delivery can be selected, and the final date is confirmed after approval.
Product, bundle, cart, checkout, confirmation, and tracking messages use approximately 15 days for pre-order delivery timing after approval.
How you can pay
Payment happens on a dedicated step after delivery details. You can redeem points, apply eligible coupons, choose a payment mode, and review pay-now versus remaining-on-delivery amounts before final confirmation.
For regular in-stock orders, pay cash when the order arrives. If your order includes off-hand or pre-order items, cash on delivery may require a cash collection before approval; the payment page shows the pay-now amount, remaining delivery balance, and any collection fee.
Choose online payment to pay through Ooredoo Money, iPay, Fawran, or bank transfer. Some delivery zones require online payment before dispatch, so cash on delivery may be hidden for those zones.
Choose Bank under online payment. The payment step shows the IBAN, account number, and alias. After placing the order, pay the amount shown and send the receipt via WhatsApp.
Choose Ooredoo Money under online payment. The payment step shows the alias and phone details, then asks for sender and reference information so the receipt can be matched.
Choose iPay under online payment. The payment step shows the iPay alias and phone details and asks for the sender number and transaction reference.
Choose Fawran under online payment. The payment step shows the transfer details and asks for the sender name, sender number, and reference ID.
This appears when the order includes off-hand or pre-order items. After placing the order, you pay 50% of those items online and pay the rest, including regular items, in cash on delivery with no collection fee.
For off-hand or pre-order orders, the payment step may offer 50% or full amount. After placing the order, online partial payment covers regular items plus 50% of pre-order items, while COD partial payment uses cash collection for 50% of pre-order items.
Earn 1 point for every QAR 1 spent. On the Payment step, signed-in customers can redeem at least 250 points in 50-point steps; 10 points = QAR 1 discount. Points are awarded when the order is delivered.
Products sold on wardrobe4less are carefully sourced replica fashion items. Product pages and the Terms & Conditions contain the full disclosure and order terms.
Cart features and delivery options
Your cart and checkout experience includes several helpful features.
Orders over QAR 399 qualify for free standard shipping. A progress bar in the cart shows how much more you need to add. If you choose express delivery, the QAR 15 express surcharge still applies.
Enter your Qatar zone number at checkout to see the area name, delivery fee, and payment rule. Some zones require online payment before dispatch, and a few zones are not available for delivery.
Checkout shows delivery estimates based on your zone, selected shipping method, current delivery volume, and whether the order includes pre-order items. Standard delivery is normally next day or later, express can be same-day before 8 PM Qatar time when available, and final timing is confirmed after approval.
Available only for eligible zones and in-stock orders. Express is a QAR 15.00 upgrade on top of the standard shipping fee, or QAR 15.00 total when standard shipping is free. It is disabled for pre-order or off-hand items.
Add gift wrap to individual items in your cart. The gift wrap fee appears as a separate add-on in your order summary, not in the item line total. Each item can be wrapped separately for QAR 15 (or QAR 10 per sub-item in bundles).
Apply a coupon code on the Payment step for percentage discounts, fixed amounts, or free delivery. Coupons require you to be signed in. Only one coupon can be active per order.
The order flow is Cart, Checkout, Payment, Confirmation, then Done. Checkout collects account, contact, address, shipping, and gift-wrap details; Payment handles points, coupons, payment method, upfront amounts, and legal agreement.
Add delivery instructions and a Google Maps link to help our drivers find you quickly. Both fields are optional.
Understanding the tracking timeline
After you place an order, you can track its progress on the Track page.
Filled dark dots represent completed or current steps. Empty grey dots represent steps not yet reached. A dark line connects completed steps.
A small grey pill badge next to an item name on the tracking page means that item was a pre-order.
The tracking page shows your estimated delivery date once your order is approved. Pre-order items show approximately 15 days from approval.
Your payment method and verification status are displayed. Upfront cash collection, online partial payment, hybrid payment, and full-prepayment methods update once we verify the payment or collection.
Your order can be: Pending (awaiting review), Approved (being prepared), Delivered (completed), Cancelled, Returned, or Return Requested.
Icons and indicators you will see

When the account icon turns green, you are signed in to your account.
A number appears over the cart icon showing how many items are currently in your cart.
When you add an item to your cart, a slide-in notification appears at the bottom-right with an Undo option.
A green-tinted info box confirms your coupon is active. A remove button lets you undo it anytime.
Log in to view your points balance, total earned, total redeemed, and order history. Signed-in accounts can also use coupons, redeem points, and save delivery details for faster checkout.
Use the search icon in the navigation bar to find products and bundles by name or brand. Results show product cards and bundle labels instantly.
Items can only be returned on the spot upon delivery and only if they have a genuine manufacturing defect. Size exchanges are available at the same cost as the initial delivery fee, charged only when the replacement is dispatched. If the wrong item was delivered, the correct item is sent free of charge. Clearance items are final sale. Visit our returns page for full details.
