How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery within Qatar takes 1-4 days. Express delivery is available for in-stock orders. Pre-order items ship in approximately 15 days from approval.
What is your return policy?
Items can only be returned on the spot upon delivery and only for genuine manufacturing defects (torn fabric, discolouration, broken stitching, holes, defective embroidery, broken buttons, or missing parts). Size exchanges are available at the same cost as the initial delivery fee, charged only when the replacement is dispatched. If the wrong item is delivered, the correct item is sent free of charge.
