Return & exchange policy.

We want you to be satisfied with every purchase. If something is not right, here is how we can help.

5-day returns

Request a return within 5 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached and in original packaging.

Size exchanges

Ordered the wrong size? Exchange for a different size within 5 days of delivery. Delivery charges apply for the replacement shipment.

Non-refundable delivery

Original delivery fees are not included in any refund. Exchange shipments are charged at the same delivery rate as your original order.

What qualifies as a quality issue?

Returns are accepted for the following quality issues:

  • Manufacturing defects (missing buttons, loose stitching, misaligned seams)
  • Damage during production (holes, tears, discoloration not caused by the customer)
  • Wrong item received (different product, color, or size from what was ordered)
  • Item significantly different from the product listing (material, color, or design)

Returns for change of mind, personal preference, or buyer's remorse are not accepted.

Return window and deadlines

All return requests must be submitted within 5 days of the delivery date. Requests received after this window will not be accepted. The delivery date is determined by the tracking confirmation provided at dispatch.

Item condition requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unused, with no signs of wear, washing, or alteration
  • Original tags still attached and intact
  • Returned in original packaging (box, bag, or wrapping as received)
  • Free of perfume, deodorant, makeup, or other marks
  • All original accessories, dust bags, and extras included
How to start a return

To initiate a return or exchange:

  • Contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram (links below)
  • Provide your order reference number
  • Share a photo of the quality issue or describe the size exchange needed
  • Our team will review and respond with next steps within 24 hours

Do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Size exchange process

If you need a different size:

  • Request an exchange within 5 days of delivery
  • The item must meet all condition requirements listed above
  • Delivery charges apply for the replacement shipment at the same rate as your original order (QAR 6.00 standard / QAR 18.00 priority)
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability of the requested size
  • If the desired size is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered
Refund policy

Once a returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of inspection approval
  • Original delivery fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the original order
  • For cash on delivery orders, refund arrangements will be confirmed via WhatsApp or Instagram
  • If a return is rejected due to item condition, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items worn, washed, or altered by the customer
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Items with perfume, makeup, or other marks
  • Gift cards and promotional vouchers
  • Items purchased during final clearance sales (unless defective)
